Bettina has trained hundreds of senior professionals in different areas of communications and leadership. She is also a qualified executive coach. She has designed and facilitated workshops for blue chip companies, international organisations and associations, with a strong focus on global health and healthcare, transport and technology.
Highlights include rehearsing with executives prior to BBC HARDTalk and CNN programmes; coaching a national Minister prior to interviews; teaming up with a renowned business leader ahead of all major stakeholder milestones; and simulating crisis situations with leadership teams.
Bettina’s training client list includes Airbus, Abbott, Alstom, Deutsche Post / DHL, the European Commission, the Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB and Malaria, Hewlett-Packard, Hoffmann-La Roche, Lundbeck, Nikon and the World Health Organisation. She has training experience with clients from Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and the NIS.
Bettina worked for many years as a director in a leading global communications agency, leading major projects and international teams. In the late 90s, she organised mid-career training for journalists. Prior to that, she worked as a consultant for the German Federal Chancellery and the European Commission.
Bettina’s working languages are English, French, German and Spanish. She also speaks Dutch and Portuguese.
